• Flexible Tag Creation: Users can create tags with optional Start Date and End Date, or leave them open-ended for ongoing categorization.
• Multi-Tag Support: Assign multiple tags to a single record, enabling more accurate segmentation and grouping.

• AI-Suggested Tags: Built-in AI assistance analyzes record data and existing tags to suggest relevant hashtags automatically.

  • Each suggestion includes a tag name, explanation, and confidence rating (High / Medium / Low).

  • Optionally provide an additional prompt to guide the AI based on context not captured in record fields.

• Tag Analytics:
• View tag popularity (how many records are associated with each tag).
• See tag usage trends, including number of records tagged in the last day or month.
