Synchronise your Outlook meetings with Smartway2 locations without leaving the appointment window.

*This add-in is a companion to Smartway2's solutions for existing users*

Smartway2 is a simple and intuitive way to book workplace resources whilst you're on the move. It enables you to book meeting rooms and desks without having to call into your workplace so that your time is free to get on with your job.

Create a new appointment in Outlook and use the Smartway2 add-in to add a location.

The add-in also syncs any reservation you make directly in Smartway2 back to your Outlook calendar.

Manage your appointment directly within a Smartway2 email reminder without having to switch to the calendar and open the appointment separately.

Please note this add-in requires Internet Explorer 10 or higher
