The Exchange Rates API for enterprises

The Global Exchange Rates API provides a simple and reliable way to download official exchange rates from over 70 central banks and tax authorities (providers) from all over the world using a single unified API.


The downloaded exchange rates are the official rates published by the central banks or tax authorities of each supported country, making them ideal for accounting purposes and export activities. It's also possible to download the historical exchange rates of most of the supported institutions. We also provide daily exchange rates of all the available currencies (150+) calculated using our proprietary algorithm, blending the official data from central banks and the market rate from commercial institutions.


Our data is ideal for all use cases where the official exchange rates is preferred, such as:

  • Accounting, finance and ERP systems.
  • Business intelligence.
  • Reporting and analytics software.

The API is simple and quick to integrate, supporting JSON, XML and CSV formats. It is also possibile to use our official integrations with software like: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, Salesforce and Zapier.
