Atech CSP Management

This offer enables self-service onboarding to Atech CSP Management for Microsoft Azure via Azure Lighthouse delegation. It gives Atech's Service Desk read-only visibility into your delegated Azure subscriptions or resource groups, alongside the ability to raise and manage Microsoft support requests on your behalf - without any ability to modify, delete, or reconfigure your environment. Who benefits organizations that want Atech's Service Desk to have oversight of their Azure state and to be able to escalate directly to Microsoft support, while retaining full administrative control themselves. What's included: - Reader access: full visibility into resource configuration, health, and monitoring data across delegated resources, enabling proactive issue identification. - Support Request Contributor access: Atech can open, track, and manage Azure support tickets directly with Microsoft on your behalf, reducing resolution time when Microsoft-level intervention is needed. What's not included: this offer does not grant any rights to create, change, or delete resources, configurations, or access permissions in your environment. Security: access is granted through Azure Lighthouse and follows the principle of least privilege. All actions taken under this delegation are visible to you in the Azure Activity Log, and access can be revoked at any time from the Azure portal. How it works: after accepting this offer, you choose which subscriptions or resource groups to delegate to Atech. Microsoft.ManagedServices registers automatically on those subscriptions, and no additional configuration is required on your side.
