Agenda for Implementation

Phase 1: Data Assessment

• Analysis of databases and tables with respect to sizes and category.
• Relationship architecture analysis (if any) in the databases.
• Procedures analysis, UDF analysis, jobs analysis.
• Cost analysis for Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics (As per the phase 1 and phase 2 analysis how much time does azure synapse analytics requires to run).

##Phase 2: Detailed Review

• Data Profiling and recommendation as per source and destination.
• Identify Business rules required to assess how much time azure synapse analytics requires to run.
• Job analysis as per source and destination with respect to Azure Data Factory.

Phase 3: Data Ingestion

• Provisioning Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics in Azure environment.
• Creating Azure Data Factory pipelines to ingest data into Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Validation of dataset in Azure Synapse Analytics.

Phase 4: Final Delivery

• Customer can develop BI reports using ingested data in Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Architecture diagram with respect to Azure data factory, on premise database, Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Process flow of azure data factory jobs w.r.t timings and triggers on how it will be executed.

Deliverables

• An evaluation report of migrating into cloud including Data profiling and business rules documentation.
• System Architecture Visio diagrams and Azure Cost calculations.
