Wanda - Digital Assistant

Wanda is your Unit4 digital assistant and can help you with these simple, everyday Business World tasks:

• Submit absence requests for things like vacation and sickness

• Submit single-destination travel requests and help you provide a cost estimate for your trip

• Submit daily, weekly and monthly timesheets

• Submit expense claims for single expense items, and for travel expense items such as transport, hotel and meals incurred during single-destination trips

• See your HR related info such as payslips, as well as your vacation, flexi and overtime balances

• Raise simple purchase requests for items from an internal product catalog, for example computer and office supplies

• Manage the tasks assigned to you in your Task list

You just add Wanda to your Contacts and then you have your own Business World assistant on hand to help you take care of your tasks anytime without having to access Business World. Wanda uses machine learning and natural language understanding to continuously learn about and adapt to your work patterns, and is also updated regularly with new skills to be able to help you with more tasks in the future.
