ThoughtMesh-Powered Baseline Framework Implementation for Agentic AI App Development

Primary objective: Implement the ThoughtMesh baseline framework on Azure to enable governed Agentic AI application development. Simform's ThoughtMesh accelerator helps organizations build and orchestrate AI agents that collaborate intelligently and act on your enterprise Enterprise wide GenAI deployment framework for corrective RAG and agentic architecture best practice.

Activities: Provision an Agentic AI landing zone and baseline infrastructure; set up governance + guardrails (access, safety policies, prompt/content boundaries); deploy admin tooling and monitoring/telemetry; enable low-code/no-code flow creation for agent workflows; implement a vector layer using Azure AI Search / Cosmos DB vector or Microsoft Fabric OneLake (where appropriate); build vectorization pipelines and data ingestion patterns to onboard initial enterprise knowledge sources (typically 2–3 sources).

Deliverables

1. ThoughtMesh baseline framework deployed and operational (reference patterns + reusable scaffolding)
2. Agentic AI landing zone + infrastructure provisioning (dev/test/prod-ready baseline)
3. Guardrails & governance controls (RBAC, policies, safety patterns, secrets management)
4. Admin console/tooling baseline + operational runbooks
5. Monitoring and observability baseline (traces, usage, latency, cost, quality signals)
6. Low-code/no-code workflow setup for agent flow creation (starter templates/patterns)
7. Vector layer implementation (Azure AI Search / Cosmos DB vector or Microsoft Fabric OneLake-based approach)
8. Vectorization + ingestion pipelines for initial data integration (2–3 sources) and onboarding guide
