COE Automation Program Fast Start Kit: 2-Wk Implementation

This two-week fast start program consists of rapidly setting up the Power Platform and establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive adoption, provide governance and enabling content delivery, including via the installation and configuration of the Microsoft CoE starter kit and Power BI Dashboards to provide tenant wide insights into program effectiveness.

• Introductions
• Discuss organization’s goals and objectives
• Define an Intelligent Automation strategy for your organisation
• Review your current IT environment and configurations, including gathering of requirements to establish an environment strategy
• Facilitate the configuration and setup of the Power Platform environments
• Utilise Reveal Group’s automation governance experience, to create a fit-for-purpose governance approach to support the Power Platform, including the implementation of Power BI Dashboard to provide tenant wide insights
