Courts face growing pressure to make justice faster, more accessible and properly documented, often with manual, fragmented tools — recordings that are missed or hard to retrieve, transcription that takes days and isn't available across languages, parties who struggle to attend and cause postponements, mounting administrative backlogs, and sensitive records that must be protected and kept in-country. The platform addresses each of these. Hearings are recorded automatically, with audio and video captured in full and nothing left to manual set-up. As proceedings unfold they are transcribed in real time and translated across languages, producing accurate, searchable transcripts the moment a hearing ends. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted and stored safely in-country, with retention, legal hold and a complete audit trail, so the record is always trustworthy and defensible. Legal counsel, complainants, interpreters and defendants in custody can all join hearings securely and in real time, from any device, with live interpretation so people follow proceedings in the language they understand. Automated reminders, instant search and integration with existing case-management systems streamline scheduling and ensure recordings and transcripts attach to the right case automatically. Delivered on Microsoft Azure and available through the Azure Marketplace, the solution deploys quickly on infrastructure courts can trust, with data kept resident in-country and aligned to POPIA.
