This Partner-led pilot will provide you with an accelerated hands-on experience to demonstrate the value of Microsoft Teams Phone in your environment to:

• Meet business needs with unified classic + modern calling features

• Optimize IT resources with streamlined setup and management

This engagement follows a three-phase approach

Plan

• Align on pilot objectives by inviting key business decision makers to sponsor the pilot
• Identify top use cases and scenarios for Teams Phone in your organization
• Define pilot scope and objectives for up to 50 users

Enable

• Enable and configure Teams Phone with testing and validation
• Provide user adoption & administrator readiness training -Regular status meetings to discuss pilot progress or challenges

Grow

• Summarize key learnings, capture feedback and report on achievements
• Outline next steps and recommendations for scaling the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Teams Phone
