During this workshop you will go through survey conducted by The Josh Bersin Company, commissioned by Microsoft and get an overview of your organization’s maturity in key practices of Employee Experience compared to the benchmark of other companies. After the assessment you will get a set of recommendations how to improve Employee Experience with Microsoft Viva. We will help you to use Viva goals to track progress during your Employee Experience journey

• Day 1: Check your current EX level with Bersin assessment, Prioritize which workloads are you planning to develop

• Day 2: Get the recommendations list with action items

• Day 3: Set goals and track your progress with Viva goals
